In my current research I am exploring vulnerability as a theological and anthropological concept, related to the interdisciplinary discourses.

In September 2015 I was responsible responsible for a symposium in Heidelberg / Germany: Vulnerability – a new focus for theological and interdisciplinary anthropology.

The contributions of this symposium have been published in 2017: Heike Springhart / Günter Thomas (Eds.), Exploring Vulnerability, Göttingen: Vandenhoeck und Ruprecht 2017.
